Hi, I’m Kechell. I am a Financial and Business Coach, a licensed agent, and a firm believer that your legacy is only as strong as the foundation you build today.
With over 6 years of experience in finance and accounting, I’ve seen that true success isn't just about the numbers on a spreadsheet, it’s about the integration of strategic wisdom, personal stewardship, and professional excellence. My journey started with a simple realization: many people have the vision to grow, but they lack the structural roadmap to get there without overwhelm.
Why Business and Finance? Because they are two sides of the same coin. You cannot scale a visionary business on a shaky financial foundation, and you cannot build lasting wealth without a strategic plan for your income.
I’ve dedicated my practice to being the bridge. I provide the Business Coaching needed to launch and lead with clarity, the Financial Coaching needed to master your cash flow, and the Licensed Financial Services, including life insurance and annuities, needed to protect everything you’ve worked for.
Why I Started This Journey:
My journey began at the intersection of faith and finance. As I navigated my own financial challenges, I sought to align my resources with God’s word. I realized that true financial success isn't just about a bank account, it’s about being a good steward of the gifts we’ve been given.
As I coached others, I saw a recurring need: many people had a God-given vision for a business but were held back by financial worry. Others had the resources but no spiritual or strategic roadmap to scale. I realized that you cannot build a skyscraper on a shaky foundation.
I evolved my practice to provide a holistic, faith-centered approach. By combining Business Coaching with Biblical Financial Principles and the security of Licensed Financial Services, I help you build a structure that is both professionally excellent and spiritually grounded. I started this journey to ensure that when you build your legacy, you build it on the Rock.
